30-day worry-free return and exchange
We hope both you and your pet will be satisfied. If the size or style does not suit, we accept returns and exchanges without reason within 30 days. 
Conditions:
1. The goods are not washed or modified, and the tags and packaging are intact.
2. Due to the special hygiene requirements of pet products, underwear worn close to the body or opened food packages are not eligible for return or exchange (except in cases of quality issues). 
Quality Issues:
If you find any quality problems such as broken threads or damage on the received goods, please contact our customer service within 48 hours after signing for the package. We will offer you a free replacement or a full refund. 
How to return items?
1. Contact the customer service and provide the order number and photos.
2. Fill out the return form inside the package and send it back to the designated warehouse address.
3. After we receive the returned items, we will process the refund within 3-5 working days.
