物流政策

Processing time:
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). After the order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipping tracking number. 
Delivery time and shipping cost:
Standard logistics: 10-20 working days, $5.99 (free shipping for orders over $99)
Please note: The above timeframes are for reference only. Due to uncontrollable factors such as customs clearance, flight delays or bad weather, the actual delivery time may be delayed. 
Logistics Tracking:
All orders come with full logistics tracking. You can view the latest logistics updates on the order page or through your account. If your logistics tracking number has not been updated within 5 working days after shipment, please contact us promptly. 
Taxes and Fees:
USA: The order price already includes all taxes. You do not need to pay any additional fees.
International Orders: Depending on the customs policies of the destination country, your order may be subject to import duties or value-added tax (VAT). These fees are borne by the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost. It is recommended that you consult the local customs before placing the order to understand the specific tax rates. 
Address Change:
After placing the order, please carefully verify the delivery address. If you need to modify the address, please contact the customer service at service@nourhounds.com within 1 hour after the order is paid. Once the package has been dispatched, we will be unable to change the delivery address. 
Package loss or damage
If your package suffers severe damage during transportation, please keep the outer packaging, fillers and the original condition of the product, and contact our customer service within 48 hours after signing for the package. For packages that are confirmed lost during transportation, we will, based on the investigation results of the logistics company, provide a replacement or a full refund for you.
